IT'S A POST!!!!

I know, I know. I'm a terrible blogger. I love to read other people's blogs, but when it comes down to doing my own it just feels like work. And let's face it, if I'm going to work, I'd rather do something more productive. However, I currently have a very clean house (yes, every single room...a first since little David's arrival) and leftovers in the fridge for lunch, so I don't have a whole lot to do besides bask in the glory of my accomplishments, and ...............BLOG!!!!!!

As many of you know, I got a new camera for mother's day. I also got a 4 gig memory card. Which is completely full. So I am not going to put a David post up yet because I'm having to filter through and decide which photos and videos of the 2,274 that I have are blog worthy. So you'll have to wait to see any of the Bubby. BUT..... I do have an exciting post. For those that have seen me since I gave birth to my little one, you know that my hair has been getting increasingly shorter and shorter as time passes. However I never could muster the courage to just chop it all off. Until now. I am very excited about my new 'do for several reasons. 1) It takes about 2 minutes to dry and 3 minutes to style, and there's nothing better than a five minute hairstyle. 2) Bubby can pull and pull at it and it doesn't hurt! And 3) If I comb it down just right, I can look like a 12 year old altar boy. And that's fantastic.

So, here is my latest "before" cut:

And here is the "after":

Yay! I hope you like it. And if you don't, I hope you'll at least have a laugh at the fact that when I wake up in the morning I look like Syndrome from the Incredibles.

Here's my hair from all the other angles. Fun, huh?

WHOA! Spunky! I love the before and after pictures, but I totally think you should do a "Progression of the Shannon" post. Show all the pics of the 3 or 4 haircuts leading up to this awesome look.

Anyway, I have to admit, Friday came and went and I didn't get my "Banks Night" fix, and I'm kinda going through withdrawals, hehehe.

Shannon I love it! I always said if I got skinny enough, I'd chop it all off. Waiting for the day.

Back again to finally comment-love the hair, it makes your eyes look HUGE and your face even skinnier than before!!! And they're right...it is Alice from the Twilight series, which by the way you will have to read (I'm buying them, I'll loan them to you)...I finished the entire three set series in a week (each book is 500-600+ pages!!!). New book coming out mid August...Twilight movie in December!!!
